Convert to Vector image & Place in mock-up

Hi there,

I require approx 400 designs to be converted into vector quality images (transparent background PNG files; 300dpi minimum on a 14" x 16" canvas). I require each design to be compatible on a light and dark background, so some designs may need 2 versions. I have attached an example to demonstrate.
Furthermore, I require that the finished designs be placed onto our sales image templates, there are 9 template images (9 different coloured garments). I.e. light compatible design on 3 templates, dark compatible design on 6 templates.

This should be easy work, but it is time consuming, thus why were outsourcing sections. I can accept proposals for this lot of 400 designs or proposals based on smaller workloads - daily, weekly or monthly set quantities which can help your cash flow, but I require the PNG design files and finished garment images to be delivered at the same time as each other.
