Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
Information for the business: The client is an energy broker
Industry: Business
Design details: I'm looking for a designer that can quickly and affordably create 2 versions of 5 graphics/images to use on a website we are launching this week.
We'd like all at a minimum width 840px, both hi and low res versions provided please.
The 5 images are the same, the 2 styles we'd like to see are:
1 - chalk on a blackboard - simple, smart and with a hand-drawn feel
2 - white on a blue background, echoing the Raleway font (for the image that includes text)
Image 1: For a web page about Energy Procurement
The following 6 words in the 2 styles above:
Intelligence
Insight
Guidance
Relationships
Service
Image 2: for a web page about Flexible Energy
Re-create the graph from the attached image
Image 3: Fixed Energy Page
A graph similarly-styled to the attached image, that shows a single dotted lines fluctuating up and down (the sketch shows 2 - we only want one fluctuating line), plus and a solid line at a constant vertical level. The dotted fluctuating line indicates changing market prices, the solid line with an arrow on the end implies the stability and the security of buying energy at a fixed price. See the bad sketch uploaded to this job!
Images 4 and 5: For web pages on a) Basket Energy and b) Green Energy
We require 2 images that match the style of the other 3, and are simple. The first will have an outline or icon of a basket and the second an outline or icon of a leaf.
Basket Energy is offered to customers that have insufficient energy volumes to get a great deal on their own, so their requirements are traded in a basket of similar companies to increase the total volume and get a better price from the suppliers. Think Groupon...
Green Energy is better for the environment as the sharper minds among you will already have guessed! So for the chalk version perhaps green chalk instead of white?
Target audience: Energy procurement managers, operations managers, finance professionals within businesses
Ideas for the visual style: Chalk on blackboard, and a different version of the same 5 images white on blue
Things to avoid: Anything remotely approaching comic sans (!)
Preferred colors: Already described
Urls to draw inspiration from: http://postergen.com/quote-generator - this one for the white on blue version
Where the design will be used: website, will share the URL with the successful bidder
Extra notes: Would like to discuss the work before starting - skype or phone
This is a low budget as we think a very simple job - please tell us though if we have this wrong
We'd like this to be the start of an ongoing relationship as we often need short turnaround graphics for our clients.
