Description
Experience Level: Expert
Dear All,
We want to create a series of learning modules regarding specific management topics.
As an example, we are looking at ‘Effective Conflict Management’ which could be made up of various modules / animations (e.g. What is a conflict?, How to identify a conflict?, How to resolve a conflict? etc.). This learning strip should be about 3-5 min long.
EXAMPLES/STYLE
The style should be simple, black and white, entertaining and at the same time professional. We like the following illustrations:
a) Simpleshow:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-J8kREsm7wU
b) Management in a nutshell: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4_qCx4BiH4&playnext=1&list=PLE57332290C644C39
c) Also the ‘RSAnimate – Motivation’ style (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6XAPnuFjJc).
d) And, http://www.generalautoinsurance.com/coverage/personal-liability
Other examples: http://sayitvisually.com/portfolio ‘ Change Management Explained’
PLEASE only reply if you can offer something along these lines!
WORK
We have the concept, logic and content for the story. We need someone with experience in:
- Bringing a story to life by drawing the pictures
- Filming it to create an animation which can be uploaded
- Providing a voice-over-recording (although we could also do this)
NEXT STEPS
The next steps for us are:
1. Identify and list 3 potential freelancers
2. Have a phone call to discuss possibilities and rates
3. Get the preferred freelancer to do a 10-15 sec. clip as a pilot
4. Produce one learning module
5. Discuss the medium- to long-term options because we intend to create an entire library
We are intending to get the first modules done this year. Looking forward to hearing from you,
Rhys
