10 minutes simple image editing

I have two simple png -files which need editing. See the attachments. For both, the idea is to remove the black icons from the images. Note that both images have transparent (invisible) canvasses/backgrounds. Note also that both have translucent (see-through) greyish layer. This layer has different colors in one image compared to the other image.
Basically, the idea is to have versions of each of these two where you can not see any icon (or remains thereof!) any more.
