Website banner graphics designer needed

Design details: Our company is looking for a really creative professional to design 3 banners per month (24 total) for our website to use over the coming year. Below is an example that could be used to create the banners for each month:

November – Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving, Black Friday Deals, Warm up to savings
December – Wishing you a merry Christmas, Year-end closeouts; Last chance, going, going, gone!

Hopefully after this project is complete we will hire for additional work. We are active on social media and could use some creative designs.
