Visual Design for Iphone Mobile App that would be a "Travel Guide to Movie Locations"

Design details: I want to design a mobile app which seeks to be a Travel Guide for Bollywood Movie Locations. See attached wire frame for details.

Following is the details for pages.

Page 1: Splash Screen - most likely 2 (first to explain what the app is about, discuss benefits and what you can do with it)
Page 2: Cities that you are traveling to or want to find movie locations within
Page 3: Ignore
Page 4: List of movies for which you can look up the location
Page 5: (top half) Once you pick a movie - you will be shown scenes within the movie
Page 6: (bottom half - same as Page 5) - it highlights that the first scene in the movie is free to preview but if you want to view more you need to purchase.
Page 7: If users click on scenes other than the free preview they are prompted to purchase.
Page 8: (top half) shows the details to be shown giving details about the movie location.
Page 9: (bottom half) shows the details to be shown giving details about the movie location.
Page 10: Movie Stars - if you click on Cast on would see list of Movie Stars you can click on a movie star to view the scene they were featured in
Page 11: Near me: i haven't wire framed this screen but it would be a hybrid view of map + scene (i can share the screen shot from another app at a later stage)
Page 12: Settings screen and corresponding detail screens like (location, update offline content, help/faq, about this app, faq)

What's not shown in the wireframe

Ideally I would hire a designer who:
> provide advice on how to improve the experience beyond the initial wire frame and incorporate it into the design.
> doesn't send me a canned proposal.
> is flexible and can provide unlimited revisions till it's satisfactory. personally i feel once 1-2 screens are defined and branded the rest will follow so the effort really is on getting the initial 1-2 screens designed.
Target audience: Indians traveling abroad
Messages to communicate through the design: It's essential for the App to have a personality. I have seen way too many apps that have a *clean* design but are devoid of any personality or creativity. It ideally has a Modern Indian style which is still clean but had an element of boldness to it.

I have the logo / name finalized so there is a template to work from in terms of color palette.
