someone who can make a word document professional (right font, etc) for publisher

Information for the business: a book recently translated -
Industry: Publishing/Journalism
Data and special elements to include: There are bullets, paragraph indents, and 3 photos of graphs that all need to be aligned and put in properly. It just needs a couple of things to be "touched up" by someone who knows Word. I did it but it's not consistent and is not totally presentable for a publishing house. The manuscript has 170 pages, many quotes, chapter titles, smaller titles, footnotes, a bibliography and a table of contents. The two title pages need correct numbering to reflect the page numbers of each section/chapter.

Extra notes: I've not done this before so am perhaps not saying enough. Please ask. The title of the book is "One World, One Humanity, One Consciousness" and is about a universal spirituality that is inclusive and will perhaps help humanity to find its next faltering step forward. It's a hopeful book and full of wonderful wisdom teachings from all over the world.
