Simple modifications to brochure in Adobe Illustrator

Design details: We have a company brochure that includes a list of manufacturers that we sell. As we have changed the manufacturers that we work with, it is now out of date and needs modifying. I would like someone who knows how to use Illustrator to modify the document to include the new manufacturers and remove the ones we no longer need. Should be a quick and simple job.
