Sample User Interface for social app

I am working on developing an idea for a social app for skiers and snowboarders. I’d like to have 5 “screen shots” of a possible user interface for the app. The screen shots should be based on a high quality, professional iOS app.
This project is to use my existing colour scheme, logo and the further detail I’ll supply for each of the 5 screens and design the look and feel, which I can then use to explain the idea to others. The final product will be 5 large images that I can use in presentations/website etc to explain the app concept.

I’ve attached the sort of thing I’m looking for (although this is obviously Facebook rather than my app!).
