Redesign of Trifold A4 Leaflet (75% done already)

Design details: Hi I have a 75% complete trifold leaflet. It originally started as two different leaflets for two different places. However i now need to just combine both details into one with both logos and contact details. i have attached the current leaflet inside and outside with my annotations for changes. I can provide the logos etc.

If would like the final product in PDF and editable. It must print out on a normal colour printer then it will be folded into a trifold leaflet. So any coloured boxes must factor this in.

I will be available via skye to communicate and assist over this weekend. I need it finished by sunday night at the latest.

I will want to review the final product and make any adjustments needed. If some creative design can be added that would be great. I like the present use of colours as it matches our logo.
