Quick design job - banner for website

Design details: Looking for someone to put together 2 versions of a banner. One horizontal and one vertical (box shaped). The banner advert will be used on other websites to promote us and will contain:

Our logo (supplied)
Our company name (supplied)
An image (supplied)
A strap line (supplied)
A called to action (supplied)

All the above will be provided, so just a case of putting it all together so it looks more professional than I can do using my limited experience with gimp.

£20 budget, completed whenever is good for you, but in the next few days ideally please.

We have regular work along these lines, and bigger stuff like leaflet design if you are interested and if this goes ok.
