One or two page case study - PDF

Hi,

I have a one page of text of approx - 507 words for a customer case study. I need this turned into a one page PDF document, we can use as collateral/campaign material.
Needs a good layout, so it looks like a professional case study, with graphics, visually appealing.
Use brand guidelines - will provide these
Engaging, professional, highlights where required.

Probably can get it into one page or happy to extend to two page PDF document if text needs to breathe.
Will show an example we have seen in our industry.
