Kent Online Property is and internet based property sales and letting service to the residents of Kent. It provides residential property sales and letting services using internet technology and local property experts.

I need to have a leaflet designed for a campaign I would like to do in the Rochester, Chatham and Gillingham in Kent UK. I would like 3 different design based upon the below information. One with everything I have suggested below, one slightly different but based on the same theme and then another that although uses the colours an fonts is something completely different.

Branding
I have had my logo, business card and for sale board designed along with my branding colours and fonts. All of this will be provided.

I would like to use the For Sale board as the basic design maintaining the colours and fonts, the Kentonelineproperty.co.uk and the skyline at the bottom, the boarder and the logo. However the For Sale could be removed.

Presentation
I do not have a preference for the size but it must be able to easily fit through a letter box. I am also not clear what card the leaflet will be printed on. I would like the leaflet to be 2 sided, one side for property sales and the other for lettings.

Text and messages
The basic text that I would like on the leaflet is:

Side 1 - For Sale
Was £599 not £499inc VAT
The new exciting way to take control of selling your properly

Side 2 - To Let
Was £250 now £150inc VAT
Don't get left behind, let your house the smart way

Output format
I would like the out of the design to be in a format that:
• can be used by the printers to print the leaflet
• can be used on social media attachments (Twitter, Pinerest, Instergram etc)
• can be edited in the future if I wanted to change the messages/prices

Time line
Ideally I would have the 3 designs within 2 days. I would then provide feedback with a day. Any small changes could then be made the following day.
Target audience: House sellers and tenants in the Rochester, Chatham and Gillingham Kent UK area
Number of pages needed: 2 front and back
