Interactive pdf quiz forms

Design details: We have developed a self-study training programme, delivered as pdf workbooks. The workbooks have been designed in powerpoint before converting to pdf and have interactive elements such as menu, page links etc.

Scattered through the workbooks are quiz questions - multiple choice, check the box, matching, free format, true or false. Currently the interactive nature is limited to a button that takes the reader to a page with the answers.

We would like to make these quiz questions more interactive using form fields and buttons in the pdf where the reader can select or capture an answer, then click a button to see how their answer compares to the correct answer. Sometimes additional information is provided to explain the answer.

We have 6 work books each with 10-15 of these quiz pages. Initially, we would want to have the interactive forms developed on one workbook as a pilot and if successful, this will expand to all

We are seeking a freelance designer who may also have experience of interactive pdf book or eBook design as well as with powerpoint design. An eye for good layout and format is essential. Flexibility and responsiveness are also critical.
