IMPRESSIVE Leaflet Design Highlighting Shop Promotions Needed

Design details: We want an impressive leaflet made. It needs to look classy, high-end and Christmassy due to the season. We want: eye-catching leaflet letting customers know how much of a BARGAIN they're getting. We have A LOT of alcohol on offer, expensive brands with prices slashed. We also have some food and drink on offer to be also included in the promotional leaflet.
Number of pages needed: 1 A3 double-sided page
Content on the front/back side and body: Images with prices
Ideas for the visual style: Powerful leaflet
Things to avoid: Borning, un-interesting, dull colours
Preferred colors: Red, white, yellow
Extra notes: Needed somebody with experience in creating EYE CATCHING, IMPACTFUL promotions leaflet design.

We are a convenience store selling all kinds of goods. Christmas is only round the corner and we want to attract NEW and existing customers by posting leaflets to their homes showing them our price-cut products.

We will have up to 40 products on offer listed on ONE A3 double sided leaflet. The leaflet will be bright with bold colours but easy on the eye. We also want to create 1 A4 double sided sheet which will contain vouchers and 'scissor trails' so that people can cut out the voucher and present it in-store to receive their bargain. This voucher will go inside the A3 leaflet.

I have attached a few images of leaflets that appeal to me. I will provide you with ALL the high-resolution images, text and prices. All you need to do is collate them into one big powerful leaflet.

We have been running our convenience shop for over 11 years and we need to appeal to new customers by drawing them to purchase our goods on offer.

We will send you the images, price and text immediately. We want to get these leaflets printed by TUESDAY next week, so need to get these designed ASAP.

I also looking to 'shelf talkers', please see attached image of what I mean. Measurements of these will be:
20.5 cm wide
9cm height

The shelf talkers will contain the same promotions as the ones in the leaflet. They will be eye-catching. These can have cut out marks, so that I can cut them out of an A4 sheet and stick them in the hard plastic in my shop.

We want our audience to know that they are getting the best deal with us and price slashes. We want to attract new customers to come into our store.
