I need someone to design a Facebook group banner +

I need someone to design an awesome banner for my Facebook group but I also need help solving an admin problem with the group. I want to share the group address with non-Facebook users but when I send the link in an email it doesn't work even though the group is public. I'm sure it is something stupid I'm missing so rather than waste time searching on how to resolve the problem I'm sure someone could fix it in five minutes.
