I need some icons

Hello, we are a software company and we need some icons tidied up.
I have attached a screen shot.
If you think it will help I can give you a login so you can see how these icons are used.

I am looking to get these numbers 1 to 16 with a 'x' and a tick. The first set in grey are OK, but the ones that we did in colours are all over the place - our developers did them and they are not graphic artists.

Anyway, if you can polish them all up I would be grateful. I need them in grey, red, green and orange.

I am also looking for an option to display the hole think differently.

So, at the moment they are individual icons that display the stage the order is at. But it is a little old fashioned and I was think that maybe a bar graph might look nicer? I will need them in varying sizes - so may stage 7 would be 7 x the size of the icon with a 7 at the end?

I am hoping for some ideas from someone with some talent really.
How much would this cost?
I have lots of this kind of work for this software. Lots!
