I need graphic designer to design my leaflet for each trade,

Information for the business: construction, architecture, mortgages
Industry: Environment
Design details: i have a website and i have all the detials on it with photos,

i have 15 pages, pictures and design is given on paper already.
Target audience: Home owners
Content on the front/back side and body: Title, logo, contact details, content
Ideas for the visual style: i already have one
Extra notes: i have everything all i need is a good graphic design for font and colour specialist, i can use photoshop very well but need someone that knows about colouring and font sizes, sectioning, background coloring, small logos for the trades,
looking for minimalist but attention to detail.

we will do the rest, edit content and put photos in, even if you have no photo we can put it in after.
What im looking for is someone that easily put them in places which a touch of the right colouring through out and fonts, then we will take it from there, minor edits are done.
