I need graphic animation

This job is also for a graphic that looks almost IDENTICAL to the front of this website www.mindyweiss.com complete with buildings, landscaping, cute cars and Omu flying in. There should be a space in between the buildings which will be where the logo will go. I've attached a picture of Omu so that you can design the flying woman to look like her. Her pretty hair should be flying in the wind but not look ridiculous. The graphic should be done and web ready no later than 24 hours from now.
