I need an image created

Design details: Hello,

I have a very, very simple request. I have thee images of champagne bottles (each on a white background). I need them all put onto one image so they look like they are all together (emphasising the offer). I then need what i would like to look like a stamp you might find on an official document on the top right/left of image that says "Closing Down Sale. Up to 50% off selected bottles"

This text needs to cover no more than 20% of the image.

I imagine for someone who knows photoshop this is a 5 minute job, but i don't and that's why i need help!
