I need an expert technician in photoshop

I need an expert in photoshop technician...an expert who can put together two persons in photos...with backgrounds sending by me...about 6-7 photos...she/he be able to correct faces, changes clothes, some charateriticts, smiles, etc...
the budget of 150 euros wil be for these 6-7 photos...the persons in these photos will be two...a woman and a child...
