I need an A5 4pp (folded A4), brochure pulling together with some design element

I need to print an A5 sized flyer, 4pp (ie folded A4) which will be mailed to European libraries and will promote an online magazine platform service.
The general outline of what I want to include is prepared - although all needs formatting and some design input to make this look attractive with the key being clean and bright, easy-to-read and with eye-catching magazine jackets.
Jackets for the magazines can be lifted by me from a database but not in high resolution - or we can lift from the web as these are all world-renowned titles. No image of a celebrity can be used though (politicians and royalty are fine).
I also have logos to insert for the two companies connected with this promotion.
I attach three files showing content for this piece. The cover page design is to be based on the LY.. file but just use this as a guide and follow my brief on the word doc for colours and ideas. The cover does need an image of a mobile device as per the LY file, to show what we are promoting - I havent yet secured a jpeg of this for you .
Deadline would be by end of next week - including proofing and any alterations.
