I need a sophisticated Brochure / Flyer

Information for the business: Professional Services - International Projects Claims and Disputes
Design details: We are developing a new services that combines 3D models with an associated project schedule to illustrate the project build sequence. The flyer / brochure is needed to support our core messages. Though the flyer / brochure will generally be communicated electronically, we also expect to take hard-copies to various marketing forums.

I am open to innovative marketing alternatives given that our clients are spread across the globe .
