I need a sketch up of a potential logo

HI I'm looking for someone to sketch me up a logo, that consists of a British bulldog (muscular) with Jean shorts, flip flops, wearing classic ray-ban sunglasses eating the most delicious hot dog.
Other details include a six pack, big arm, with the bulldog standing upright like a human would.
A bit of dull at the side of the mouth, and a chain around its neck with a plastic clock on, and a bottle of soft drink sticking out of the front Jean pocket. In the background, there should be the statue of liberty tilted to the left, and on the other side bigben, tilted to the right, with the top tart of the london eye connecting the too.
