I need a customer facing brochure to be produced as a pdf

Information for the business: We are promoting a free workshop to customers to help them transition into a series of digital solutions to help save them time, money and enable them to be more compliant
Design details: We would like to create a customer facing pdf brochure that can be emailed (it will not be printed professionally but customers may decide to print it themselves to read). Size should be A5 landscape. We would like the overall look and feel to be very professional, clear and concise with the issues and solutions being presented in a simple but modern style.

The brochure will be used to outline a bespoke workshop that customers can participate in to enable them to regain control of compliance issues, save time onboard ship and ashore, reduce navigational spend and make life easier for bridge crews. The brochure presents the issues first, then the solution, then the desired outcomes. This needs to be very clear to the reader.

The wording has been approved (document attached) and I will send brand guidelines to the successful applicant. I have attached some examples of styles which we would like to emulate.

We want the brochure to look professional with a clear message that our experts can help customers.
Target audience: Customer facing
Number of pages needed: 6-8?
Content on the front/back side and body: Title, GNS logo, image?
Ideas for the visual style: Clean layout, minimalist, professional
Things to avoid: Busy pages, too much text on one page
Preferred colors: White, blues and greens - pantone references will be provided
Extra notes: We are a commercial maritime navigational company so images of ships etc would be good!
