I need a brochure designed for a financial services product

Design details: We need a fast turnaround on a 4-6 page brochure. Sample will be supplied to the successful applicant for confidentiality reasons. It will include text (supplied), logo and 2-3 images. Cover design is important and must represent the conservative nature of the products on offer.
Target audience: Qualified investors
Number of pages needed: 4-6
Content on the front/back side and body: Front cover to be image with logo and perhaps gradient shades.. gradient to rear
Ideas for the visual style: conservative, financial institution.
Things to avoid: bright colours, tacky imagery
Preferred colors: Blues and greys..
Extra notes: I want to deal with EUROPEAN designers only. I am in the UK and want the same time zone with English as the first language. I don't have the time or patience to fill in blanks or sit at the keyboard messaging dozens of times a task as the brief has been ignored.
