I need a banner stand artworked

We have two pop up banner stands (2006mm high 806mm wide) designed in publisher however we are struggling with colour matching and getting the final design produced to give to the printer.

So, we want someone to take our logo file and publisher documents and colour match both to the correct pantone colour then produce a high resolution pdf file for printing onto the popup banner.

I also want jpg output in the correct pantone colour of the logo.
