Flyer to promote person development event

Hi,

I am looking for a flyer which will be A5 side double sided to promote a personal development event, i have the web version, but it needs to be redesigned, i have copy on the advert but you will be required to have some marketing skills to pick out strong points and, it must be impacting design and color scheme,

We need unlimited revisions , and someone who is very responsive and can star asap, the design needs to be completed within the next 6 hours.
