Edit a pdf catalogue

Hi, I need someone to make changes to a pdf catalogue for me. It would just involve editing a few words, replacing a few pictures, really simple stuff, will take a few minutes, I just don't have the original editable version. The pdf is currently 110mb so I want it to be resaved as small and easy and quick to open as possible without losing any resolution as it will be sent out to potential clients. Would it be better saved as a jpeg? I'll take your advice. Thanks
