The advert states that surface water drainage scheme is uploaded, but not on the drawings.
Could you please upload that, along with the Stats search showing drainge in proximity to which we would be connecting on. Also, GA floor plans.
We can then revise our price more aligned to your expectations, particularly as we note you are a homeless charity so wish to offer our services at a discounted rate to ensure the project goes ahead. -
Could you send the drainage condition wording and any site plans too? Will help to understand specifically what elements of the rainwater is requiring design (ie internal or external) and what design codes they are looking to be applied.

Thanks for your message.
Condition wording “The development hereby permitted should not commence until drainage plans for the disposal of foul and surface water flows have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.The scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details before the development is first brought into use. For the following reason: To ensure that the development is provided with a satisfactory means of drainage as well as to prevent or to avoid exacerbating any flooding issues and to minimise the risk of pollutionNon-Standard Condition”
