Designer Needed Email HTML template, Google Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Page

Information for the business: we are an ecommerce website launching next week
Design details: Hi

Need:
an html email template that is suitable for ecommerce email sending
basically wish to have a header,
then a feature product
and 3 other products in the email
a text box we can write stuff in
then say to visit website for rest of products with a button
then footer
[open to your designer ideas though :) that's just the basic elements we know we need]
We Intend to use Mail Chimp and Campaign Monitor (test til we choose the one we like best)

Also Needed:
- a facebook page setup
- design some banners made for Google Display Network
- design facebook ads

Be great to get a quote for the lot in one go.

NB: we have a website and a logo (which is very simple logo)

Messages to communicate through the design: value but not 'cheap'

often something extra added to the products we get a base value style then custom spec in some extras to make it like a much more expensive item

great products at great value we don't dip down into low quality and we don't get extras added that are just for luxury or unnecessary

Things to avoid: not really wanting bright colours - use site colour scheme or something complementary
