Design Corporate brochure

i would like to design a corporate brochure to explain my corporate apartments to the corporate clients .
the brochure will be giving to client directly . it will be printed materials maximum of 8-10 pages .
it should be Multi-Page Bi-Folds / Booklets / Catalogs - Booklet Design
