Design a brochure (all content provided)

I'm working with a client who needs a brochure created for an up and coming exhibition. We are currently working on the content but don't have design skills in-house to design the brochure,that's were I need your help. The brochure will be full-colour containing about 8/10 double pages, either A4 or 210x210.

I would need the brochure to drafted, with scope for several/unlimited changes/updates as we are working with a large technology company that is very exacting! We are aiming to have it complete in the next 4 weeks.
