Information for the business: Property Brochure
Design details: We are looking for a talented designer to create the first 8 pages of a brochure. This is for a pitch so if successful further pages and work will follow.
The brochure is for a property development company launching a new development. It needs to have a high end feel and feel very aspirational.
I've created a mockup in Word (attached) of the layout along with two other brochures from other property companies for inspiration (although we're hoping to achieve something better than these.)
We dont have the full assets at the moment so we'll have to work with stock imagery where needed.
We need an immediate start on this.
Number of pages needed: 8
Content on the front/back side and body: Title, no back cover at the moment
Ideas for the visual style: elegan
