Information for the business: Non-invasive costmetic skin treatments
Industry: Healthcare
Design details: Simple design brief. We have a consent form that we use for Laser Hair removal that we want reproduced in order that it looks more professional. It needs to be A4 over two sides.
It needs to feature two logos, attached, 'Kings Skin Clinic (our clinic) and 'Fotona' (the name of the laser machine we use)
Ideally this needs to be done today so calling all those designers that like to work weekends! :)
