Can anyone help change our existing company logo from a Black to silver?

Our existing logo has black font and a black mont blanc mountain.

Whilst I can change the font to silver I have no idea how to change the mont blanc to match. Is anyone able to assist me with this? I have attached some examples.

I think for someone withe the right software this could be an easy job so I have offered just £20. However, please do contact me if you can also do this work and possible create different logos types such as transparent etc.
