Branding Style Guide

Design details: I need a branding style guide that defines the following:

- Logo Usage rules (I will supply the logo in PSD/AI format)
- Typeface & Typography
- A Text & Tone guide (I will supply the details from a Word DOC)
- Imagery/Photography Style (I will supply the details from a Word DOC)
- Advert template specifications
- Social Network profile template specifications
- Specifications for stationary (such as business cards, flyers, etc.)

I would prefer to receive a PDF.

Target audience: People who write advert text and landing web pages; print & digital advert graphics designers
