7-page document to be dropped into new design template, plus graph image needed

Design details: We are looking for a design to convert a 7-page PDF into a new design template.

We have the source files of the template ready-to-use, but our in-house designer is on leave.

There are some other elements required in the job too. The specification is as follows:

- some of the text in the existing PDF is flattened in an image, so will need to be typed out before dropping into a new design. This includes some graphs and one large table of data.
- we would also like one graph to be created as an image for us to use in a news story and email to go with the report.

This is a short-notice job - we will need the work completing by 2pm tomorrow London time.
Target audience: Hydropower professionals
Messages to communicate through the design: Everything should be clear in the template, but the objective is essentially to present the information much more clearly and on-message than in the existing PDF.
