I have 6 x A4 forms that I would like re-worked/modernised in InDesign and supplied as packaged files so they can be edited as needed our end in InDesign which we can do.
4 x 2-page and 2 x 1-page.
The new design should be more like the attached (this one is not our form). The first form will be the pilot and any common features must share a cohesive style. Price is for all forms.
