3D heat map of house price/growth in London postcodes (2D map & stats provided!)

We have already conducted in-depth research on average price and price growth in various Central London postcodes down to outcode level (i.e. SW1W) since 1996. We would now like to plot these statistics on a Map of Central London and represent each postcode area as a 3D raised area. So the highest price growth will have the highest bar etc.

This will involve three maps: Average Prices, Average Price Growth and a composite value of the two to represent the best investment areas and these will be, in essence, a heat map.

The stats and a 2D map with the postcode areas marked out will be provided.
