3 Pull Up Banners, 2 leaflets requiring design

We are a mortgage brokerage requiring some promotional material. We are doing a charity event next week and are planning to order three pull up banners and place leaflets on the tables as well. We need:

3 x banners designed to artwork specs from the supplier
1 x double sided leaflet designed ready fro print
1 x table top one sides print out designed (to A4)

Laid back company so we are looking to be quite playful with the artwork - we can supply some but some assistance with Shutterstock choices would be useful.
