T-shirt graphic prints x2

Please see 2x files for draft examples of what I'm looking for. I would like both done in a similar 'renaissance painted' style if possible. Will be printed on to back of t-shirts, so ideally rectangular in overall shape (eg 1920x1080?). Few bits specific to each mentioned below.

Picture 1: Royal puppet master
-red/black gradient type background

Picture 2: world in palm of hands
-blue sky type background
-grey male hand/arm (possibly with tattoos)
-world to be facing on africa/europe side
