Mascot design in 10 different poses based on photograph of person

I am looking for someone to illustrate me a mascot based on photos of my niece but in a particular style. There will be a few different versions I need but most are the same with just a change of arm position etc. We can discuss. I have attached some examples of the style I am after and am looking for someone who can do similar. Not sexy but urban and funky to appeal to the tween age group. Get back to me with your portfolio of similar stuff. Must be able to make it resemble my niece from a photograph, and funkify her. Not just freestyle anyone. Budget is limited but make proposal.
