I need two satirical cartoons created for an education company

I need two satirical cartoons to illustrate blog posts for an education company. Both cartoons would ideally be in a political, satirical style, along the following lines:

1) The UK Education Secretary, Nadhim Zahawi in a car labelled "Education reform", but the car has broken down (smoke coming out of the engine, wheels coming off etc.). The idea of this blog post is that the government is trying, unsuccessfully, to reform the education sector.
2) Bill Gates trying to 'fix' the UK education sector (maybe with a spanner or a screwdriver etc.). The idea of this is that we can learn from Bill Gates' ideas to help reform the education sector.

Each should be landscape, in colour and have a sense of humour.
