Cute cartton images to be drawn of people and animals from photos

Design details: Initially I need three headshots drawing from photographs I will supply. I want a cute character image but not over the top caricature. If I am happy with the work there will be future images I will need. I want full rights to the drawings and full use for distribution. I will need signed paperwork to confirm this. Please send me examples of your work and style but no experience in this field is necessary.
