A line illustration ( caricature?) of Shakespeare killing time on a smartphone

I need a black and white illustration in a Victorian style depicting William Shakespeare killing time playing a game on a smartphone. Attached is a portrait of Shakespeare and sketch of Elizabethan era men's fashion for reference. Attached also is a Victorian-era illustration to give an idea of what I want (minimal shading, mostly variations in line weight with a bit of hashing).

The representation can be somewhat caricatural but not too cartoonish. It needs to be recognizably Shakespeare and the fact that he's playing on a device can be a bit more subtle. He can be in a contemporary setting of the artist's choice as long as it (a) is a setting in which people have time to kill (waiting in line, riding the bus, etc.) and (b) does not distract viewers from the main subject.

This illustration would be used in a video game I am developing for mobile devices and possibly in promoting the game on social. It's possible that this will be one of a series of illustrations depicting famous/easily recognizable authors or literary figures playing on mobile devices.

This would be my first time hiring a freelancer for illustration work. I expect that any illustrations produced become my property, but please confirm this in your proposal.
