Refresh/Redesign of Grass Roots Football Paperwork - PDF & Word Documents

Information for the business: We are a Grassroots football team U6-U16
Industry: Sports and Fitness
Design details: We are looking to modernise our paperwork/correspondence that we send to the parents, kids and leagues in our football club. This would be a Word document headed paper with a header, footer and logo. Player registration form Word and PDF fillable. Following on from this at a later date we would also look for our constitution, club code of conduct to look and feel the same.

We would like some colour to reflect our team colours of Orange and Black, maybe on a corner or running down one side, much of the design ideas will be down to you, although we refer a simple and modern look.

Ideas for the visual style: Simple and Modern
Things to avoid: Clutter and old fashioned typeface
Preferred colors: Orange & Black

Extra notes: Please use a modern typeface that is used within MS Office applications such as Verdana, Helvetica, Arial or Calibri. I have included our recently updated Welfare documents and older style headed paper.
