Hello ,
We need someone to turn the sketches of our project into CAD files so we can start prototyping. We developed a drainage system for reptile cages. Details are below and I included the sketches. Please let me know how much you would Quote for all 3 sizes.
Our first Project is a drainage system for our Cages. Essentially its a base that the Chameleon Cages will sit on , it allows the water that drips from the reptile humidifiers and being sprayed to be collected in a plastic container. The plastic container can easily be removed by opening the door in the front and sliding the plastic container out to dump it out.
The cages sit on the indented perforated portion of the base. It is labeled in Blue on the sketches. It is only indented about an 1 inch around the back & sides , however the front doesn’t have a ledge so the cage doors can still be opened. The part the cage sits on is surrounded by a 2 inch boarder with perforated holes . Around the Back and partial side is the back piece that catches the water and guiding it down to the holes.
The Back piece fully slides into the base through a slit in the plastic. The part of the base that fully emerges into the plastic is 2 cm thick , where the part that is visual is only 1 cm. The Base height is 10 inches , so size A on the sketch of the back piece is not including the 10 inch base.
We have 3 different sizes for the Drainage System, Medium , Large and X-Large . I have included the sketches I made with the dimensions below.
Thank You,
Sara
PS. It only allowed me to upload 3 pdf files. So I included one of the sizes , back piece and the plastic container.
