I am looking for help to develop training tutorials for software in engineering, construction, design, architecture, etc.
Interested software include AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, 3Ds Max, and Fusion 360. For the tutorial course
1. Video recording of the course
2. The video must be voiced over. If voiceover is not included, a step by step manual must be provided to describe the steps in the video, so I can use it to create my own voiceover.

Please expand on exactly what you require, to do a video for everything to do with AutoCAD, would take months, to do on just one aspect that you are interested in, would take say an hour.
If you can give more guidance, we can establish the work involved, and a cost.
