Side/Rear Single Storey Extension & Small Dormer - Drawings/Calc

Design details: Dear Sir/Madam,

1. We are looking to add a side extension to a property. In addition a small dormer in the roof. This will be carried out under permitted development. Ideally we want the extension to be matching to the house as it is in a area of special local character.

Details
Extension to side - 2m as we want to keep 1m for a side alleyway. (Currently 3 metres between the main structure and the neighbours.

The utility room currently shown in plans is not brick built and we will most likely tear this down for the side extension.

We would like the following:
- Planning Application Drawings
- Ideally With A Site Visit - Not Compulsory
- Structural Calculations - For Building Regulations Notice

I have made the rough design as attached in the image.

If you are local and can visit I would prefer this over distance working.

- Evidence of work you have done previously and plans should be submitted in your proposal.
